Already given up on your New Year’s Resolutions?? too! Today we are going to talk about how to get back on the goal setting wagon if you have fallen off. And if you have fallen off…stop beating yourself up, you are not alone…92% of people have already quit on their new year's resolutions, including me!

After thinking about what happened and  how I got derailed from achieving my new years goals, I have identified the 10 common goal setting mistakes I made. I've turned those mistakes into 10 tips to help myself and hopefully to help you achieve your goals!


  1. Write your goals down
  2. Make your goals visible
  3. Define your WHY
  4. Remove temptation
  5. Set yourself up for success the night before
  6. Use the 5 second rule
  7. Accomplish your goal first thing in the morning
  8. Use habit stacking
  9. Track your progress
  10. Have an accountability partner

The first time around, I didn't do those 10 things and ultimately I believe that's why I failed. I will be doing those 10 things this time and I am confident I will be able to create new habits and achieve my goals. I hope this episode inspires you to take massive action and achieve your goals too!
